SHIPPING TIME:

**ITALY**: All orders are shipped via standard shipping and are typically delivered within 2-3 business days by Poste Italiane.

**EUROPE / UK**: Orders are shipped via standard shipping with Poste Italiane and are generally delivered within 7-10 business days by your local postal service.

**NORTH AMERICA**: Orders are shipped via standard shipping with Poste Italiane and usually arrive within 10-15 business days via your local postal service.

**AUSTRALIA, NEW ZEALAND, ASIA, AND OCEANIA**: Orders are shipped via standard shipping with Poste Italiane and typically take 15-20 business days to be delivered by your local postal service.

**LATIN AMERICA AND THE CARIBBEAN**: Orders are shipped via standard shipping with Poste Italiane and generally take 15-25 business days for delivery. Please note that transit times are calculated in business days (Monday to Friday), excluding weekends. Holidays are not considered business days and should be factored in when estimating delivery times. We are not responsible for any delays caused by inclement weather, holidays, natural disasters, or carrier-related issues. Additionally, any extra costs or delays incurred by the courier service are beyond our responsibility.

Returns and Cancellation Policy

### Refund Policy

If you decide to cancel your purchase, you will receive a full refund of the purchase amount. However, if the item has been damaged or altered, we will deduct the cost corresponding to the impairment. We guarantee that all payments will be refunded no later than 14 days from the date we receive your cancellation request.

Please note that delivery costs will not be refunded for partial returns of your order. If you choose to return your entire order, we will refund the shipping costs as well.

Refunds will be processed using the same payment method you used for your original purchase, unless we have agreed on an alternative arrangement. We reserve the right to withhold the refund until we have received the returned item, or you provide us with proof of return shipment.

**Return with Parcel Label** You can easily and conveniently return goods to Barbara Rossi by contacting us to request a return label. Please email **giusepperossi@barbararossi.com** with the subject line "Return" to receive your label.

Once you have the return label, simply pack the item along with a completed return slip, attach the label to the outside of the package, and drop it off at your nearest parcel shop. This ensures the item is safely returned to us. The cost of shipping the return will be refunded once we receive the item.

**Webshop Returns**

Goods that are damaged, visibly altered, or show signs of use will not be accepted and will be returned at your expense. Please note that we do not accept returns sent cash on delivery or without proper distribution. When returning an item, you are responsible for ensuring it is properly packaged. We strongly recommend keeping your postal receipt and track-and-trace number. From the time the goods are delivered, you bear the risk for their condition and are responsible for ensuring the package reaches our warehouse safely.

Once we receive and approve the return, the amount will be credited to the card originally used for the purchase. Please note that it may take up to 10 business days for the credit to appear in your account.

You are only liable for any reduction in the product's value resulting from handling beyond what is necessary to determine size and fit. You may try the item on as you would in a physical store, but it must remain unused, with all tags and labels intact. If the item shows signs of wear or has been used in a way that affects its resale value, we reserve the right to deduct that reduction from your refund. If the item no longer holds any commercial value, we will not issue a refund.

Please also note that missing original packaging may result in a reduction in value. To ensure a full refund, we recommend returning items in their original packaging.

**Right of Withdrawal**

As a private consumer, you have the right to withdraw from the purchase agreement within 14 days without providing any reason. The withdrawal period expires 14 days after you take physical possession of the item.

**Partial Cancellation**

The right of cancellation generally applies to the entire order. However, we do offer partial cancellations. For example, if you purchased two handbags but only want to keep one handbag, you can cancel the other one. The same procedure and conditions apply as for full cancellations.

**How to Use the Right of Cancellation**

### Defective Goods

All products undergo quality checks before they are shipped. If you unexpectedly receive an item that is not in perfect condition, please contact us. Goods are classified as defective if they arrive with faults or defects, or if a fault occurs within 24 months of purchase. You must report any issues within a "reasonable time" after discovering the error. Complaints made within two months of discovering the fault will always be considered timely.

Please note that items damaged due to normal wear and tear are not considered defective.

Whenever possible, we will offer to repair or rectify any damage or faults. If you wish to exchange an item, we will replace it with the same product in the same size, subject to availability. If an item cannot be repaired or replaced, you will receive a full refund of your purchase.
